Mirabeau Hotel

Family-run hotel in Verbier, less than a minute from the main lift

featured in Hotels

The Norwegian owner, Chris Stuckelberger, has been running the hotel since 1974, nowadays with her daughter Sylvie Carlucci, who has modernised the interiors whilst maintaining the authentic charm of the property.

The hotel is a minute walk from the Medran cable car station and the centre of Verbier. Set back from the main street, you benefit from a quiet and sought after location. In high season, one can often ski right to the door of the hotel.

There are 23 bright and airy bedrooms ranging from singles and doubles to two suites sleeping 4-5 people. All are ensuite and have cable TV, radio & telephone, and most are south-facing and have a balcony.

Rooms are offered on a bed and breakfast basis, which is served as a buffet each morning. For other meals, they are happy to recommend numerous restaurants, cafes and pizzerias nearby which can cater for all tastes and appetites.

They have a cosy residents lounge bar with open fire, the perfect place to relax at the end of the day over a game of cards or chess. A Turkish bath and sauna await you here as well (for which a fee is payable), and massages can be organised on request. Additionally, they can provide you with a high-speed internet service through their wifi connection. Limited outside parking is available free of charge or additional places are available in a covered car park nearby, for which a fee is payable.
