Active days and nights in Verbier call for especially satisfying fare. And that's what is provided by chef Gregory Marchand, one of Paris’s and London’s most sought-after chefs. His contemporary twist on mountain cuisine is complemented perfectly with Fabrizio Casiraghi’s casually elegant design. 

Experimental Chalet and Frenchie came to Verbier in 2019 after the group concept was launched with great success in Paris and Ibiza.

The Restaurant offers a varied and original menu based around seasonal produce, and an excellent wine list. The team is very welcoming and attentive to ensure you have an excellent dining experience. Well-equipped for larger groups, it's a great choice or a special occasion.

On the first floor is the popular bar, where you can end the night with a cocktail in hand. Serving signature craft cocktails and an expert selection of wines and spirits, it is an ideal hideaway for “après-ski” get-togethers, pre-dinner apéritifs or as the launchpad for a late night.
